Fully hand-made and hand-painted 12" (30cm) Turkish Iznik Tulip & floral pattern plate.  Base color is dark blue.  Patterns are raised (textured).  Plate has a hole at the back.  Plate has lead free glaze on it.  Plate is for decoration only.
