19" Hand-carved Mother of Pearl Inlaid Stained Wood Backgammon & Checkers Set

Fully handmade and hand carved stained wood high quality backgammon & checkers set.  Set is 18 1/2" long by 19 1/2" across by 1 1/4" (when open). When closed board is 18 1/2" by 9 1/2" by 2.5".  Backside of the board has checkers board.  Board is made from wood (horn-beam, common Mediterranean wood) and decorated with inlaid small wood pieces (made from rose, cherry and mahogany) and Mother of Pearl (only outside, checkers squares are Mother of Pearl).  All patterns inside and outside of the set is made from inlays.  Outside is decorated with hand-carved floral patterns.  Checkers board squares are made from wood and mother of pearl.  Squares are 1 12/". Set is fully handmade and fully stained.  Set comes with handmade stained wood pieces, a set of dice, bag for pieces/dice.  Also bag comes inside a carrying case/bag (see the last picture).  This set is handmade in Turkey by Helena Wood Art company and it is one of their entry level sets.
