Blue and red (main colors) Turkish handmade and hand-painted ceramic bowl. The diameter of this item is 12" (from the top, widest area) and height is around 6 1/2". This bowl has unusual depth compared to our other 12" bowls (harder to make it this deep handmade bowls compared to standard 4" ones). It is perfect for decoration (has a lead free glaze, but we don't recommend it for serving hot food). These items are made in Kutahya. These are the replicas of the Ottoman ceramic bowls. It is decorated with Ottoman floral and Seljuk geometric patterns. These patterns are traditional patterns that were used in 15th and 16th century Ottoman china from Iznik. Original pattern dates all the way back to 11th-12th century Seljuk patterns. There is no damage or crack on this item, white spots due to flash light reflection.
