20" Handmade Wood & Mother of Pearl Inlaid Stained Wood Backgammon & Checkers Set

Fully handmade and hand carved stained wood high quality backgammon set. Set is 20" long by 23" across by 1 1/2" (when open). When closed board is 20" by 11 1/2" by 3". Board is made from wood (walnut) and decorated with inlaid small wood pieces (made from rose, cherry and mahogany) and Mother of Pearl. Backside of the board has a checkers board and each square is 1 3/4" by 1 3/4". All patterns inside and outside of the set is made from inlays. Set is fully handmade and fully stained. Set comes with handmade stained wood pieces, a set of dice, bag for pieces/dice. Also bag comes inside a carrying case/bag (see the last picture). Set has slots for the pieces and also counters for each player to keep the score. This set is handmade in Turkey by Helena Wood Art company and it is one of their best examples.
