Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Anatolian Artifacts ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Anatolian Artifacts ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you (buyer) when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We work with the buyers to handle damaged or lost merchandise during shipping. All our shipments include insurance and they are covered for any damaged occurred during shipping. Proof of damaged merchandise is required (depending on the carrier, delivery of damaged merchandise to buyers' local shippers office, picture of the damaged merchandise and/or allowing shipping company to inspect the damaged merchandise at the delivered address would be required). If as shipper we need to file the claim, refund or replacement of damaged/loss merchandise would not be offered until shipping company settles the claim.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return purchased item with in 30 days (from the purchase day). Buyer is responsible to pay for return shipping and pack items for safe shipping (we recommend using insured service or buying extra insurance, items' payment that got damaged during return shipping would not be refunded). Shipping fees are non-refundable (including free shipping or shipping included transactions. these are deducted from purchase price before refund). In addition to shipping fees, additional up to 25% restocking fees may apply for each return.
